The 2024 II-VI Workshop will be held September 30 to October 3, 2024, at the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk.

The Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk is located on the San Antonio River, walking distance from shops, restaurants and entertainment. Formerly the Alamo National Bank, this 24-story renovated skyscraper features 50-foot ceilings, travertine flooring and stained glass windows.

The II-VI Workshop Committee urges all attendees to reserve their hotel rooms at the official workshop hotel, the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk.  The Committee has had to guarantee a certain amount of room nights in order to complete our contract with the hotel.  If room numbers fall below the contracted amount, the workshop must pay an attrition fee.

By staying at this hotel you will assist the workshop in lowering the costs of producing our workshop and continuing with the program in subsequent years.
