The 2026 US Workshop on the Physics and Chemistry of II-VI and Infrared Materials takes place September 14 - 17, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Monterey Bay Seaside.

Government: Hotel Reservation

If you would like to reserve a room at government rates, please contact iiviworkshop@pcm411.com. A limited number of rooms will be available to government employees and university staff/students with proper identification. Government and university attendees are entitled to the per diem rate (subject to change).

The II-VI Workshop committee respectfully asks all attendees to reserve their rooms at the official workshop hotel, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Monterey Bay Seaside. By staying at this hotel you will assist the workshop in lowering production costs and in continuing with the program in subsequent years.  Each year, the committee has to guarantee a certain amount of room nights in order to achieve its contract with the hotel.  If room totals fall below the contracted amount, the workshop has to pay attrition fees.
