The 2024 II-VI Workshop will be held on September 30 – October 3, 2024, at the Drury Plaza Hotel, San Antonio, TX.

• Registration Fee w/ Printed (Soft-cover) Proceedings (Industrial, Government, or University) : $930.00
• Full-Time University Student or Retiree Fee w/ Electronic Proceedings (Student ID required) : $295.00
• Full-Time University Student or Retiree Fee w/ Printed (Soft-cover) Proceedings (Student ID Required) : $310.00
• Additional Electronic Copies of the Book of Abstracts: USB $15.00 Each.

Non-Government: Hotel Reservation

Government: Hotel Reservation

If you would like to reserve a room at government rates, please contact iiviworkshop@pcm411.com. A limited number of rooms will be available to government employees and university staff/students with proper identification. Government and university attendees are entitled to the per diem rate (subject to change).

The II-VI Workshop committee respectfully asks all attendees to reserve their rooms at the official workshop hotel, the Drury Plaza in San Antonio, TX. By staying at this hotel you will assist the workshop in lowering production costs and in continuing with the program in subsequent years.  Each year, the committee has to guarantee a certain amount of room nights in order to achieve its contract with the hotel.  If room totals fall below the contracted amount, the workshop has to pay attrition fees.

Student Financial Assistance

To help defray the cost of attending the Workshop, full-time students presenting papers will receive partial support of their travel expenses. This support must be requested in advance of the Workshop. Please contact convention management for more information at iiviworkshop@pcm411.com
